Natalie Hinds
Olympian | Speaker | Advocate | Entrepreneur
Natalie Hinds is a trailblazer in and out of the pool. A 2020 Olympic Bronze Medalist and 20x All-American at the University of Florida, Natalie’s journey through elite swimming is marked by excellence, resilience, and purpose. She made history in 2015 alongside Simone Manuel and Lia Neal as the first trio of Black swimmers to sweep the podium at an NCAA Championship event — a defining moment that inspired her ongoing mission to elevate representation and access in the sport.
After initially retiring in 2016, Natalie transitioned into the corporate world with Turner Sports (Warner Media), working on major events like March Madness. But the dream of Olympic competition never left her. In 2018, she returned to swimming with renewed focus and qualified for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team, earning a bronze medal in the 4x100 freestyle relay in Tokyo.
Beyond her athletic career, Natalie is a dynamic speaker and mentor, using her platform to inspire others to pursue their passion, trust their inner voice, and show up fully — even after setbacks. She’s passionate about creating pathways for underrepresented communities in swimming and continues to speak on topics of diversity, resilience, and identity in sport.
In 2020, Natalie also launched Loominary Design, a custom home décor brand rooted in storytelling and intentional living. With her unique blend of Olympic-level discipline, creative vision, and leadership, Natalie is redefining what it means to be a champion — in sport, business, and beyond.
